If you use a NTSC-U/C Xbox, it will come up with English wordings. Consequently the game can be played on NTSC/J or NTSC/U/C Xbox consoles.

Great Game
I got this game today and it\'s great, It\'s so weird to have a Japanese game but thanks to Capcom I can play it too in Europe!! I wanna say how great it is that I got it so fast!! and the games are so much fun, but really difficult, Hyper street fighter 2 is very tough, and the controls can be hard, but you can adjust them so it shouldn\'t be a problem, if you are a Street fighter fan you MUST buy this and if you like fighting games you should have it!! you won\'t be disappointed

SF lovers this is a no brainer!!!!
why wait until the end of feb. to play 3rd strike live man i got this today and have been playing for hours and it is really the region free version this game with the magic box make for the best fighting experience got my game and can use my ps2 remote i couldnt be more happy!!!

Why wait until Febuary when the JP version is Region Free?
My friend found out I was getting one, then asked me to order one for him so we can play on Xbox Live. We received our copies today and the game is rock solid Street Fighter fun.
This print is region free, so if you live in North America why wait until Febuary when you can play the game on Xbox Live with your friends?

Get this NOW
This is the biggest no brainer for Street Fighter fans. This game not only works on an un-modded American X-box (a first I think), it actually CHANGES the language to English. Oh and it works on Xbox live as well. BELIEVE IT. Why in the hell would you wait until February for the U.S. release?!?
