While hunting down kung-fu DVDs in a Chinatown pawnshop, Jason (Michael Angarano) makes an extraordinary discovery that sends him hurtling back in time to ancient China. There, Jason is charged with a monumental task: he must free the fabled warrior the Monkey King, who has been imprisoned by the evil Jade War Lord. Jason is joined in his quest by wise kung fu master Lu Yan (Jackie Chan) and a band of misfit warriors including Silent Monk (Jet Li). i love this movie, i am fan of jackie and jet li for years, finaly they made movie together.

Kung Fu Extravaganza

How many times will you get to see Jet Li and Jackie together in a movie? The forbidden kingdom though is meant for the Europe and US markets, it still delivers some nice kung fu action scenes. Nice 2 dvd edition with some extras from the movie.
