Wii Fit Plus is here to take care of all your exercise needs, simply choose a fitness program, step on the balance board and you are ready to go. You don't even have to pay extra to have your program personalized, the Wii trainer would do all of that for you without the hassle.There are 21 new exercises for all your muscles, including yoga, cycling and snow ball fights. To check your progress, you can have the game calculate the amount of calories you spent.You can do simple health checks on babies or pets by registering them on the system. Put them on the weighing scale every day and monitor their growth.

A wake up call!
I got quite a shock at my wii fit age but nonetheless that is why I bought this game as my companion towards my road of health. Love it!
