Works Perfectly
I good adaptor for the PS3. I used this with a wired xbox360 controller and it works with minimal lag.

Perfect
No latence time (tested with naruto ninja storm 2, fight game), no difference with PS3 controller, just pleasure to play with the very much more confortable XBOX360 controller !
