Mirror's Edge
Well, the developers at Electronic Arts have not only successfully created a new game, but also a new genre - first person action. Like a first person shooter, players see things through the eyes of the lead character, Faith, a messenger of a different kind in a sprawling cityscape. Her idea of speed delivery though, is jumping around, across and over buildings (think parkour or free running) and getting quickly. Players have free rein in making Faith literally jump through hoops and watching her perform the wildest of stunts from her point of view.
