Mt. Hikami was once worshiped as a sacred place where a unique religion was taught.
The water on this mountain is believed to house spirits, and there is a teaching from this region that “humans are born from water and return to it at the end of their lives.”
As a result, “people looking for death” come to this mountain and experience their last moments while they come in contact with the mountain’s water. They believe this is the proper way to end their lives.
Several peculiar rituals and customs still exist on this mountain, and many bizarre and unfortunate occurrences have supposedly taken place here.
This story takes place on Mt. Hikami, a mountain believed to be a sacred place and revolves around Yuri Kozukata, Ren Hojo, and Miu Hinasaki who act as the three protagonists whose stories are interwoven in this mysterious and dream-like tale.

Part of a great series¡
With so many Games nowadays, there is just a select few in the horror genre that really make you jump of your seats, this is one of those rare opportunities to get really scared in a video Game, the story is solid to keep you busy for a good time, the graphics are good, and it has its little boost on the Switch 2 so it will improve frame rate of the game, overall a good experience and a great Game on the Switch.
Sleeper of a game
Honestly one of the better horror games I have played in quite a while. I feel tense while playing it, due partially to the somewhat odd battle system but the setting and content of the story makes things feel rather eerie most of the time and I can slowly feel the hair in the back of my neck stand up.
Playing in handheld mode is a bit of a challenge and takes some getting used to, I prefer using a Pro Controller but handheld could potentially be fun for some people.
Overall, if you are a fan of the horror genre this would make a great addition to your collection.

Excellent game
Very good horror mystery game.
English has to be activated manually
If you cant figure it out theres pictures and videos on youtube. It does have english. Theres no problems I had with it. It does have to be activated in the menu manually though. Great to finally have a physical version of this game finally. Would love to see some of the Wii games released in english as well that never were. there's fan translations of them I know.
