Following a nuclear meltdown that unleashes a deadly viral mutagen, you are assigned to operate a Soviet checkpoint on the edge of a quarantined town.
Your job is simple: inspect documents, identify infected individuals, and decide who gets to enter, who must be quarantined, and who poses too great a threat to live. As paranoia spreads and mutations become harder to detect, you'll need to analyze paperwork, spot inconsistencies, and watch for physical and behavioral signs of infection. One mistake could put the entire town at risk.
Manage limited resources, upgrade your checkpoint, defend yourself from mutants, and survive 30 grueling days in a world where truth is hidden behind fear, deception, and desperation. Play alone or team up in co-op mode to tackle the growing crisis together.
