Front Mission 3: Remake (Multi-Language)

The packing and postage was exactly what you expect. The cart has english but the booklet and cover are not in english

Finally the third game physical on Switch! I'm really happy with this release!

I've never played the original game before so I can't compare the two versions. Overall this is a pretty fun strategy RPG.

I've never played the original so I have no nostalgia for the original. Overall this game is quite fun but it can be difficult for newcomers since not everything is explained. The game looks nice, the plot is interesting and the game-play is excellent.
If you're a fan of strategy RPGs and never played the original game then you'll no doubt enjoy this.

Front Mission 3 remake is a faithful remaster of a PS1 classic TRPG by Squaresoft. Forever Limited caught some flak for outsourcing the development of the Front Mission remakes to a relatively unknown Polish dev studio, but by & large, I think they’ve done a great job making these games accessible on modern consoles. FM3 in particular plays & looks just like it has in my memory all these years-and that’s a good thing! Some fans were salty that it didn’t get more of a glow up, but imo I really didn’t need one. I do appreciate the new 3D rendered cutscenes, and I really appreciated them adding the original to the main menu so you can compare. It would have been nice to see an option to switch between the origina graphics & the newly updated ones with the press of a button (like Tomb Raider & Soul Reaver Remastered) but considering they didn’t really update the graphics that much, it may have been redundant-making this a high-level nitpick. I’m honestly pleasantly surprised to see such a niche series get a 2nd chance to reach a new audience. T coming from someone who saved up to buy the original PS1 release when they were 19, I fully endorse these remakes for old & new fans alike. Thank you SquareEnix, Forever Limited, & Playasia!!!
