The book features the "real voices" of 60 key figures involved in the series' 55-year history, from seasons 1 to 6. The lineup is like a galaxy of people, including planners, scriptwriters, directors, character designers, animation directors, key artists, art directors, and voice actors, some of whom are now veterans.
The cover illustration is by Yatabe Toko, who also worked on "Birth of Kitarō: The Mystery of GeGeGe."
