En este mundo virtual, habrá amigos y divertidas aventuras esperándote... Sin embargo, también hay PK desenfrenado (Player Kill, una abreviatura de Player Killer que se refiere a los jugadores que se matan intencionalmente entre sí), conflictos repetidos entre gremios y Eventos misteriosos que ni siquiera los desarrolladores del juego recuerdan haber incorporado...

"El mundo" había comenzado a convertirse en una zona sin ley que ni siquiera los administradores del sistema podían controlar.

En un juego tan caótico, surgió un joven, "Haseo", a quien se temía como el "Terror de la Muerte".

El objetivo de Haseo, que caza PK indiscriminadamente, es encontrar y vengarse de un PK no identificado llamado "Tri-Edge" que mató a su querido amigo, "Shino", con un poder misterioso fuera de las especificaciones y la dejó inconsciente en el mundo real.

¿Quién es "Tri-Edge"? ¿Por qué las muertes en el juego afectan al mundo real?

Sea testigo de la relación entre Haseo y "The World" mientras desentrañan el misterio que comienza a ir más allá del ámbito de los juegos "divertidos".

Old school goodness!

I missed out on playing these back on the ps2 so now that this trilogy was ported to current platforms it was a must.
Though it is an older game I'm happy newer generations get to have access to these games to understand how games used to be before all of this live service, overly monetized craze ruined current the video game industry.
These are games that are fully complete, doesn't require to be online at all, and you only pay once for a game.
We need more games like this, you pay once and have access tovthe entire game.

Pretty boring

The whole game is like watching some boring cutscenes and repeating the same actions over and over again. The graphics look outdated and everything has bland colours. Play the original .hack trilogy for ps2 instead

These games originally were on the PS2 so the graphics do show their age so keep that in mind if you only care about graphics. The still look pretty good to me though.
While I enjoy the game-play I have heard others complain about it being repetitive after several hours.
The main reason to purchase this game is the story which is absolutely fantastic and kept me hooked all the way to the end. The fact that it simulates an MMO incredibly well which immerses you in this world makes it an even more compelling game to play.
Overall it's a fantastic game based on a fantastic series. Pick this one up before it's too late.

Better then any other version!

When I was young i tried very hard to get my parents to buy me all of these games. It did not happen as they were very costly back then, it is very nice to have them all here!
This game took a long time to get to the Nintendo Switch. This is a collection of PS2 games remastered & collected for new consoles. This is the best way to play this game & it is only on Nintendo Switch; portable & physical! It can easily become a hidden gem on the Switch because of its late release.
Do not let this one out of your sight, buy it today!
