Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Future Tone DX [Memorial Pack]

Hatsune Miku Project DIVA Future Tone DX (why do japanese games always have these endlessly long names) is the biggest game of the series so far. It is like a compilation of all previous Project DIVA (PS) and Project Mirai (N2/3DS) titles. It comes with 238 songs in multiple difficulties, while some songs even got an extra difficulty.
It comes with a handy practice mode as well as a PV mode (so you can enjoy the music videos!). You can even take and edit screenshots there that will work as loading screens afterwards.
There are also survival coruses (multiple songs of nearly same difficulty) for some extra challenge.
Of course there are hell a lot of costumes for the main vocaloids and also some other "skins" as well. There is sooo much customisation possible in this title.
Sadly it also has some fallbacks to prior versions:
For example: The song "Kagerou Days" is missing and "World end dancehall" has an other PV (a worse PV in my opinion).

After all you will have fun with it for a very long time.

About the memorial pack: It cames woth a nice slipcase including a 3 Blu-Ray Set containing all old PVs produced for the entire series (They are not the refined high resolution thing you get in game but the original). It´s nice to have a look into this, but it´s a bit annoying that it only runs in a small window on screen (it feels like youtube video not being in fullscreen).
As early buyer you also get an extra soundtrack CD which contains menu tracks. It´s nice to have but the songs arent really impressive (its menu music overall).

Conclusion: Even in this super special collectors edition you it comes cheap, keeping in mind that the previos titles were 50$ each for around 40 songs each (guess you can do the maths yourself: 238 songs for around 170$). Clearly a recommendation!

I love this game and again who won't. It was worth paying the price of this game.

1 - A must buy for fans /veterans & great buy for beginners.
2 - Bought the game a total of 3 times & would buy it again if it came out as a physical disk in the US .
3 - 3 blu rays , a soundtrack , a game with 238 songs with all dlc , beautiful box art .
4 - Dont need to understand Japanese. Once you get use to the menus you'll be fine .
5 - The best experience I've had with Hatsune Miku project diva series .

Project Diva Future Tone is a fantastic game by any measure, with amazing quality animation, a huge and excellent tracklist of well over 200 songs, and the most refined version of the Project Diva style gameplay we've seen yet!! For a Vocaloid fan its an absolute must have, with the DX Version bringing all the content together, and the Memorial Pack coming with a gorgeous 3 Disc Blu-Ray set with the PVs of over 200 songs from across the whole series, all presented in a beautiful box with original art by KEI and a small 12 track bonus CD as well. Has my highest recommendation!!
