The second album by Ookami Mio, a member of Hololive Production, is her first full album to be distributed nationwide, with the theme of "Life's Journey". The album contains 11 songs in total, with calm and gentle songs with a touch of spice here and there, in keeping with Ookami Mio's image. In addition to the previously released "Shoushin Ryokou" and "Colorful Universe", a distinguished line-up of writers including BOTCHI BOROMARU, Teniwoha, Nagi Yanagi, and Honda Yuuki also participate. Also included is a new remix version of the popular song "Howling" arranged by eba. The jacket is an original illustration by Teffish.
