Great for children
This is a great controller for children or other people with small hands.
All the buttons are on the controller and even touchpad functionality is possible with the TP button and analog sticks. The D-pad is also very well designed and easy to use.
I can now play coop games like the LEGO games or Knack 2 with my niece without having her struggle with a far too large controller.

Not as good as a normal PS4 pad (Dualshock 4)
It's small and probably only good for people with small hands.

Bad for Street Fighter games
I'm not sure if mine is faulty or not, but doing double qcf motion (for Critical Arts) while the character is facing right is very hard. I can do this easily on a Dualshock 4.
