The bold arrangement while keeping the original design was designed by Mr. Shunya Yamashita, who is familiar with the series.
The terrifying and cute appearance of smiling with a balloon as if inviting him to play was made into a three-dimensional figure by Mr. Keiki Fujimoto, who is popular for his realistic modeling.
The frills that are found everywhere in costumes have both volume and lightness by using clear parts as well as differences in molding.
The "Georgie-No" floating on the surface of the water-stained red makes it eerie.

Very pretty, detailed, macabre, simply love it!
I love my purchase of this pennywise.
I love the 20 century version in movies as well but this was the first Bishoujo that spoke to me and that I wanted!
Just one small thing.. normally the balloon should be up right and mine is going to the right (25 - 30° or so ) if you look at it from the front..
I tried turning the hand a bit or the metal thing that is attached to the balloon but it won’t work and I don’t wanna break it 😭
But overall I’m so happy with it!
