Set against the music of Belle and Sebastian, Daniel Ribeiro’s coming of age tale, THE WAY HE LOOKS is a fun and tender story about friendship and the complications of young love. Gabriel's light shines in Leo's darkness
From the gay short film, "I Don't Want to Go Back Alone", "The Way He Looks" expands on its base story to deliver a very sweet and tender coming of age film. I highly respect the author for showing that disability and gender should not get in the way of pursuing what we want or be who we really are.
