Reviewing & Changing Orders

My Orders

The status of your order can be reviewed via the "My Account" link. Click on "My Orders" to see an overview of all orders you have placed with Click on the Order Number to find a detailed overview, including the order status, items purchased, delivery address and shipping information.

If your order is not yet in shipping preparation, you may modify or cancel your order here. If you have submitted an order with an alternative payment method (e.g. non credit card orders), you can confirm them here once you have made your payment. This will help us to allocate your credit once we have received it. You won't need to fax us your payment proofs in general.

1. "Confirm Payment" button:

Press this button to confirm your payment. The status of your order should now switch from "Waiting for payment" to "Payment Confirmation received. Waiting for Credit." You should also receive an e-mail from our system notifying that your payment comfirmation was succesful.

2. "Pay by Credit Card" button:

This button enables you to pay your order via credit card, if you would prefer to do so. Read more about credit card payments by clicking here.

3. "Cancel Order" button:

Clicking on this button cancels your order. Once cancelled, the order will still stay in your order list for reviewing purposes.

4. Modifying an Order:

Follow the "Click here now" link in the box to modify your existing order. Add or remove items from your cart, change shipping methods or payment methods with this option.
