Reviewing & Changing Orders

My Orders

The status of your orders can be reviewed after logging into your account and clicking on the "Orders" tab. Here you will see an overview of all orders you have placed with Click on the Order Number to find a detailed overview, including the order status, products purchased, delivery address, invoice, and shipping information.

If your order is not yet in shipping preparation, you may modify or cancel your order here. If you have submitted an order with an alternative payment method (e.g. non-credit card orders), you can confirm them here once you have made your payment. This will help us to allocate your credit once we have received it. You won't need to fax us your payment proofs in general.

1. "Pay / Change Payment" button:

Pressing this button will take you to the checkout payment page.  Select your payment method then click on the "Pay Now" button. The status of your order should now switch from "Waiting for payment" to "Payment Confirmation received. Waiting for Credit." You should also receive an e-mail from our system notifying that your payment confirmation was successful.

2. "Cancel" button:

Clicking on this button cancels your order. Once canceled, the order will still stay in your order list for reviewing purposes.
