She took a break from her activities to go to the United States, then returned to Hong Kong during her university break to record her first album. The album includes Japanese covers of Yuko Hara's "Hana Saku Tabiji" and Masaaki Sakai's "SarabaKoibito," Western covers of Lisa Lisa & Cult Jam, Exposé, and Cathy Dennis, as well as covers of local Taiwanese hits. The album won a Hong Kong music award (1992 RTHK Top 10 Gold Songs Awards) and achieved triple platinum sales.
