Hakugin no Soreiyu: Contract to Future

A fairly standard text adventure game with the added aspect of a card battle system for combat/action scenes. Nothing really original, gameplay wise. If you play it, it's purely for a quest-story or as a card battle fan.
The Story:
Ryuhei is dragged by his long time friend Tamako to explore a series of old ruins for Tamako's research. The hapless Ryuhei, while wandering the ruins, gets lost and finds himself attacked by a monster out of ancient mythos. While backed up against a statue, facing his end, he finds himself wishing he had more power to not only to save himself, but to keep this beast from killing his friend as well. This wish seals some sort of ancient pact and the statue comes to life in the form of a valkyrie who pledges to fight by his side.....
