Game fails to deliver

A product for hardcore cyclists. I wouldn't even call it entertaining, as did not motivate me during the gameplay. It has slow gameplay, lacks a proper tutorial, some poorly implemented team management, could be better and I think their earlier version 2011 is a better product.
