Item Description

An old-style high-powered rifle 'M14' that was re-used due to lack of M16 / M4 range on the battlefield in the Middle East.

The EBR (Enhanced Battle Rifle) was built with an aluminum chassis with rail system and variable stock and was used by special units to respond to modern warfare.

EBRs that have undergone a combat evaluation will then be introduced to general units.

This RI type is a model built at Army Rock Island Arsenal, equipped with the original 22-inch barrel of M14, and detailed specifications such as scope mount and pistol grip have been changed.

Since 2010, two Afghan units have been deployed in one infantry platoon to serve as a range supplement.
