It's a 10.
This game is really a lot of fun, and after all, gets us closer to the 2D singularity of IRL anime, so it's a bit of a no-brainer.
There's basically a visual novel aspect where you pursue different girls around school, with the hope of getting with one by the time of the school's summer festival.
The other main draw of the game is the photo sessions, in which the player navigates a 3d space, where the girls pose and you take photos of them.
This is a surprisingly detailed mode, where you can really get serious with framing and that kind of thing.
You can also speak into the ps controller microphone. The idea here is to get the girls excited so you can take better photos and so on. It can be a bit tricky to manage the controls and speak all at one time.
My copy came with both a soundtrack CD and a ps store code for the Bloomers DLC, which I was thrilled about.
I would say that you should be able to play this game with an intermediate level of Japanese.
Overall, strongly recommended.
