Exceptional
I have always loved the Metroid series and own all but a few of the games in the series. This is a challenging and rewarding game , made even more so by the EMMI. I’m glad to have the collector edition in my library of games.

Nice collectors edition.
I'm not particularly impressed with Mercury Steam efforts on this game. Same with Castlevania, I think their style is not well suited to these types of games. The fact you cannot use the dpad to control a 2D exploration game, is unacceptable.
Still... this is a really nice limited edition to have. Not only comes with art from this latest game, it features art from every single mainline game. For that alone I give it 5 stars.
Good effort from Nintendo to celebrate one of their greatest franchises. A must have for Metroid fans.
