The base expresses the force of her powerful frog-like jump from the water with a big wave and comic book-like lettered "Splash" and suiting her quirk. It has alternate head parts so she can be displayed either with her long froggy tongue hanging out or with her mouth closed.

Very cute but not quite as expected!
The five-star rating is from the gift's recipient. Personally, I think it's 4.5, because Tsuyu's tongue is strangely vibrantly pink in strong lighting, compared to the photos. Otherwise, she's absolutely as pictured!
