I don't understand the words but
I don't understand the words but I still played through three times already. It looks great and sounds great and always plays great! When the Asia version comes out I am buying that one to so I can follow the story. I keep cheking every day for the pre-order to start.

Very good game
Origins is a good game. Game control is good, and customizable. Graphically very nice. I personally like the style.
Lots of blood, which i don't mind.
Different levels of difficulty and a leveling system, which adds lots of replay value, along with the dozen or so "quests" .
Really good story along with sound track. BMG from the game can be listen to in the menu too.
On the down side. Once Saki is available to play. You can't play through stages as only her, as you can do with Aya. Theres an option after beating the game to replay, and doing so you can play as both characters from the beginning, or only Aya. But not only as Saki. Which i found really disappointing.
Other than purchasing DLC, i havnt seen a way to unlock the third character. Again, very disappointed. Usually you can purchase to unlock early, but it doesn't seem that way. Now i could be wrong, but i havnt found how to do it without monetary means. Although iv yet to beat it on the final difficulty either.
Overall i give it 5stars.
Its a really good game with beautiful cinematics and fun game play. Along with lots of replay value.

Liking it so far
I've played almost all of the Onechanbara games except the original 2 on PS2. I'm liking the art style and combat in this one, but it has the least English of any of them including Z:Kagura on PS3. (That's more on me for not reading Japanese and importing a Japanese game, lol) Z:Kagura at least had English menus. In Origin I find myself holding my phone up to the screen hoping Google Translate can give me a translation that makes at least some sense. Now that I think about it, Onechanbara Special on PSP my have Japanese menus, etc. as well. I'm not very far into Origin, but it seems solid and I'm having fun. That being said, I am hoping for a NA release (please don't screw us with your censorship, Sony) because I really enjoyed the storyline of the ones that got localized for US market. If you can't read/speak Japanese, maybe wait and see if it gets a western release.
