Very pretty but very tough
This is the last entry in the DoDonPachi series. In some ways it is a backward step from the complexity of Resurrection but that isn't a bad thing. The focus is more about dodging instead of bullet cancelling so feels more like the original game or the 2nd entry (SaiDaiOuJou). It is absolutely gorgeous looks and has a superb soundtrack too. There aren't as many modes in this release but you get the HD arcade mode, a 1.5 mode which mainly removes the score overflow bug in the original, a novice mode and an exclusive 360 mode. You still have 3 ships to pick from, each with a laser or shot bias. But you also get an expert option and an autobomb option. As usual this gets the full STG treatment with full online leaderboards, recording and playback, a good practice mode, and an excellent graphical option mode. Each time you play you earn coins to use in the shop to unlock gameplay features and wallpapers. A great way for the series to end - but this is old school tough - perhaps the toughest in the series - so the novice mode is most welcome!

Excellent Shooter by Cave and region free which is a plus for all the PAL users :o)

Excellent !
The best DoDonPachi ever made. Harder than Resurrection, even with a cool, fully voiced (but short) story mode, a Challenge Mode and tons of unlockables, this game is a must-have for every Danmaku Fans.

Farewell Dodonpachi...
As you must know, this is the last angry bee leader game. Old and new DDP aura are present here, and many game modes await along with nice unlockables.
