Pokemon: Violet Mailman
In this game you play as a mailman in violet shorts. Your senpai is a mailman in violet shorts. The evil gang is all mailmen in violet shorts. Your other rivals are all mailmen in violet shorts. Except maybe one who lost his violet shorts? I didn't get particularly far, but yeah. Aside from them making gender neutral fashion by just eliminating women's fashion, the customization to show off in online postgame play is awful. The DLC does not fix this much, but at least violet shorts look better than scarlet shorts. As for the gameplay, it's a sloppy first attempt at an open world. It might actually be too big for what they were able to fill it with. I'll probably work on this after Pearl and Shield. BTW, Japanese learners, good news and bad news. Good news is there is finally furigana! Bad news is because the plot is the exact opposite of handholdy Gen 8 Pokemon, it's hard to gather clues from the context, making this a more difficult read than the other two mainline pairs on Switch.

Purchased this to have it in my collection, sadly the initial release with all the bugs, and glitches made it bearly playable...
