Heart Gold is the sequel to the Pokemon Fire Red/ Leaf green released in 2004 on Game Boy Advance. 3 years after the initial defeat of the Rocket Organization, a new hero is setting off on a new journey in the Jouto area. Receiving a pokemon from the researcher Dr. Utsugi, off you go on your adventures and meet all the pokemon and challenges.The Rocket Organization who has been using pokemon as tools back in the Kanto area are back. What are they aiming for this time? Can you become the hero to save the day? Train your pokemon in the gyms, enter the pokemon league and duel with the gym leaders to earn badges. Aiming at the top place in the pokemon trainer world, off you go!Train your pokemon as you walk. Take the pokemon walker with you wherever you go. The more steps you take, the more experience your pokemon become. Use the infrared device to put your strengthened pokemon into the game world in your DS.More legendary pokemon are showing up. Tame Ho-oh, the fiery phoenix in Heart Gold.

No title
It's a great game in itself and the Pokewalker is a really cute add-on! Too bad there weren't any copies of the English version available but hey, at least I can practice my Japanese while I'm at it! Haven't played the original G/S/C games so I can't compare, but HG hasn't left me disappointed in any way. Super recommended!

Great Remake but....
I´d like to had the option to choose Kanji. Also there are a lot of Pokemon who´re too hard to catch in the normal way. 2 games worth of content but only 1 Masterball simply isn´t enough...
But all in all great game
