It's Puyo Puyo and Tetris, together!
I just KNEW SEGA wasn't going to localize this for the States (I was right) so I imported it. There's a language barrier for sure, but as a puzzle game, it's entirely playable with zero knowledge of Japanese. If you are a fan of either of these great puzzle games, or more importantly both of them, this one is a for sure buy in my opinion.

Puyo Puyo Tetris
One of the best current puzzle games out. If you don't speak japanese don't worry. This game is a must have for any puzzle gamer, it doesn't matter which version PS3, 4, or VITA.

Easy enough to play with no knowledge of Japanese.
I was originally going to get the PS3 version, then the PS4 one when I got a PS4, but I decided to get it for the Vita for two reasons. One, I just wanted to finally have an import on the Vita, and two, because it was the cheapest version at the time. You have to figure out most of the menus by trial and error knowing zero Japanese as is the case with me, but being a puzzle game, it's very import friendly. And being SEGA, I figured they wouldn't be localizing it for the States. So if you are a Tetris and Puyo Puyo fan as I am, it's an easy buy in my opinion.

Probably the finest puzzle game released in the last few years
Don't wait for an extremely unlikely UK/US port as the language barrier isn't an issue with easily navigated menus. Highest of recommendations.
