I love the secret section and I found it more complete than I ever read in online guide. U should buy this book to complete ur rockman collection if u one hardcore fan of rockman.

Even though most of the information is presented in screenshots and maps, a little knowledge of japanese would be very helpful, since some hints are presented merely in text.
