Item Description

Rusted Moss is a twin-stick shooter Metroidvania where you sling around the map with your grapple, blasting your way through witches and rusted machine monstrosities alike. This wasteland once harboring mankind has since fallen, and Fae long forgotten now knock on humanity's door...

Story
Journey across desolate landscapes drenched in melancholy; witness the remnants of humanity and their rusting iron inventions... Humanity is on the brink of collapse and will soon be invaded by faeries. In a desperate bid to survive, humans have empowered their own witches with stolen fae magic.

But all is not lost, as the humans were deceived—for one of their own is not what she seems. The fae have stolen a human baby, and replaced it with something else...

Raised by unsuspecting human parents, Fern is a changeling whose true loyalties have emerged. Alongside a mysterious shadow named Puck, she sets off on a journey to return fae to the world and end the Age of Men.

Love this Game
This game is great. I usually really do not like platformers as I feel they are kind of boring, but this game made me see that they can be fun because of how fun the swing mechanics are. I felt like a monkey swinging freely. I also love the shooting of this game, as I love guns. It is totally worth the money. Should buy.

Good game
This game is a side scrolling shooter with a grappling hook like bionic commando and just hearing that makes me want to play it so I bought it and it did not disappoint me it's a pretty good game and I recommend you get it and try it out for yourself.

Rusted Moss, jump in.
Rusted Moss is a unique Metroidvania where you have a bungie cord to propel yourself into areas you couldn't otherwise reach. It is a lot of fun working out the bungie mechanic as you leap around the place trying to stretch the cord to fling yourself around. Very original idea, great fun and the game wants you to explore with this mechanism as much as you can. Highly recommended.

An excellent Metroidvania with a unique gameplay hook.
Put in over 30+ hours into this and still have more to discover. A great "bungee" mechanic that needs to be learnt, once you do there are some very cool hidden areas for you to discover. Customisable controls and difficulty options make this game as easy or as hard as you want. Wish more games had these options
