Soun Takeda Art Book

This is the first collection of works by calligrapher Takeda Soun, who is not only a popular calligrapher, but also one of Japan's leading artists, whose contemporary art, which he has been working on since 2018, has been highly praised overseas, including in Europe.
The collection includes a variety of calligraphy works that are full of beautiful dynamism that is unique to Takeda Soun, as well as contemporary Japanese art that uses traditional Japanese crafts such as gold and silver foil, indigo blue, washi paper, and mineral pigments. There is also a technical explanation of the production of each piece, and a special interview with calligrapher and artist Takeda Soun, looking back on his career as a calligrapher.
