New mutants (or as the Turtles coined them, Mewbies) have been doing well to be accepted by the citizens. But that all changed when some mutants began wreaking havoc. Now, it is up to the fearless four to unleash their unique ninja skills and stop the madness before the human-mutant relationship they worked for goes down the drain.
