Following six generations after the events of The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past, the game takes place in the same realm with new innovations in the game play and with nostalgic factor bringing players back in time.
Innovations in a Familiar Realm:
Enjoy old school top-down two-dimensional gameplay with a twist of stereoscopic 3D graphics. Explore all new dungeons and puzzles in a familiar world along with the utilization of the game’s 3D effect. Fight enemies with classic weapons such as the bow and arrow for long distance combat, the mallet for removing obstacles and the firestorm creator known as the Fire Rod. Discover Link’s ability to enter walls which resembles the opening of the scrolls and see how he turns into a drawing to collect items and enter through walls and move between the Light World and the Dark World.
