Itsuki has been brought into figure form based on an illustration of her wearing a fallen angel costume.

The figure features Itsuki in a pose quite fitting for her, elegantly lifting the sides of her dress by her fingertips. The detailed sculpting of her voluminous skirt, black fallen angel wings, and styled hair have all been meticulously captured in figure form.
