Lag Fixed!
So I dont know exactly what happened, but I hooked my astro city mini V to a TV monitor this time, and switch the power source to the wall instead of using power from my usb laptop and now there's NO LAG. Also when I put the cab back to my original setup with no monitor and smaller power source the LAG is still gone so I'm hoping it's permanently fixed now. I'm hoping anyone who is having lag problems can try my solution and it will fix there.

Too much Delay
The joystick and button delay is horrible. I can barely dodge any bullets because of the delay. Literally feels like its 0.5second delay before the ship actually moves. I tried using the Sega Astro city arcade stick to see if it would improve the control and button delay, but it did not. I recommend to get it for collector reason or to show off a few games and play through the bosses with infinite continues, but for serious competitive playing, dodging bullet, this is TRASH.
