The story follows Shigeaki Nogawa, an editor at an occult magazine who receives a mysterious ghost story titled The Ghost Story of the Red Roof House. As Nogawa investigates the mystery, a series of suspicious deaths begins to mirror the events described in the ghost story. With supernatural horrors emerging and different perspectives becoming intertwined, he must uncover whether the story is merely fiction or something far more disturbing.
