The latest version of this step down converter is NOT the one as shown in this picture. The one in the photo has 4 inputs to connect an 110V appliance. Whereas the one that is being shipped out now by PlayAsia has only 3 inputs. Two for 110V and one for 220V.

Works Great
I love this convertor, since I learned the proper setting, which you have to switch on the back of the convertor to play your games. You will still need a socket convertor though, if your console is from Asia and you live somewhere like the U.S. (as I do) ;3

I've been playing the original japanese games like a madhouse, 1st on the N-DS/DSi and now on an Asian PS2. This convertor would also allow me to play a Japanese Edition N-Wii/X-Box 360. I'd love to play the original Japanese version of Zelda no Densetsu: Twilight Princess.

perfect for all consoles NTSC-J
I bought this converter to be used in all the consoles I bought from Japan. Most of the converters in Europe will be 110 or 125 to 220 and those will work but get pretty hot, are noisy and cost 2 to 3 times more. The only problem with the one offered at Play Asia is the shipping costs (this thing is heavy) and extra money collected by customs. Other than that, 100% recommended. Works great with my 360. If you don't live in the UK, remember to get a socket adapter!
