From the creators of Reverie, Trigger Witch is a stylized 2D twin-stick action game set in an odd open world where magic is outdated and firearms are the new way of life. Players assume the role of Colette, a prospective graduate from the Stock, an academy for Witchcraft and Triggery. After a mysterious man invades her realm, events are set in motion that turn Colette’s life upside-down, casting her as the sole heroine with enough firepower to restore peace.

Very relaxing gameplay on candy mode.
Trigger witch is a good game, not radically ground breaking but a nice title none the less. Story wise it talks about traditions versus outside influences and oddly enough is anti-communist in a “you did not see that coming!” way. Gameplay wise its sort of like ‘Zelda a link to the past” meets bullet hell games, which is not a bad a thing.
Oddly enough while not a boring game by any stretch this was a soothing game to play (like I got sleepy while playing it), particularly if you swap the blood for candy like its viva piñata. Candy mode also makes it a decent choice for kids, but I do recommend playing it before you let the kids have at it.

A neat gun-based Zelda clone.
It is has pretty pixel art, the music is very fitting, the story is alright, but the gameplay is where it really shines. I have not every played a game like this. It is quite the unique experience for me at least. I like it though, I cannot wait to play more.

Great price for a game being sought after for so long
Definitely glad I decided to check one more time as this game is one I've been looking for for a while and am glad to finally add it to my Switch library after all this time. Definitely a game gamers should check out.
Great game
This game reminds me of the game gunmans proof on a SNES but if you've never heard of that game then just imagine the legend of Zelda a link to the past but instead of link having a sword he has a gun and its a twin stick shooter, and its great i like this game a lot and you should go and get yourself a copy also I highly recommend getting it.
