Very good.

This game is a wonderful time.
The story is a nice departure from the typical debauchery found in the regular DoA Xtreme games. The graphics are surprisingly nice on base PS4. The music is great too, though I typically leave it off and supplement it with my own. The loading times on base PS4 are Sonic the Hedgehog (2006) levels, but the game itself does not have any major performance hiccups. I enjoy the attention to detail put into each subsequent playthrough. There is also plenty of fan service for those who still desire it. For what I paid for it, it is a fantastic game.

Not worth full price at least
Not worth the full price.
Story-wise it’s a pretty standard VN with dialogue choices that can increase or decrease their interests. The graphics looks decent but not great if you include environment. Honaka came running in a cutscene but her mouth wasn’t moving until she stood standing. I don’t know how well this looks compare to the ps5 or PC version. Voice acting is good as well but that is all when it comes to positives.
Negatives/nitpicks:
- Lack of outfits in-game. 35 outfits to unlock but most of them are basically recolored of the same outfit. Like what? When you look at Xtreme 3 or Venus Vacation free-to-play, you know you’re missing out. I haven’t checked the store if there were additional stuff, but I’m not interested in paying more if there is.
- I hate the cooldown when you take a photo. The next moment looks like a good shot, but nope, you can't take a photo of that moment. It’s just annoying when you can’t just snap a photo in quick succession.
- You cannot delete photos when you reach max 50 in a chapter. Only a few times this happen. But I wish there was a option to look at the photos you took and delete a few of them to clear space.
- Very little minigames.

Replay value? You might able to put more playtime if you try to see all the girls’ endings, unlock all the cutscenes, and unlocked all the outfits for all the girls.

I’m not a Dead or Alive fan nor have I played Xtreme 3 or the Venus Vacation free-to-play (region locked). I got what I expect; good looking girls in a visual novel format in bikinis (which you have to unlock). But, the outfits are tame compared what you see in other games and very limited. If you want a game to feast your eyes on, this is not it! If you want an average romance VN, the price alone does not justify it.

Love play asia
Only took a few weeks to come into the United states after the release date. Came in perfect condition. Would definitely recommend them.

Venus Vacation Prism: Dead or Alive Xtreme
The story is quite shallow and the game play is practically non-existent but, surprisingly, this is a pretty good game and quite relaxing to boot. It took me almost twelve hours to complete one play-through but that's not a problem since you'll have to play this multiple times if you wish to unlock everything. As a fan of DOA I was disappointed to find that there are no actual DOA girls found here (I don't count Honoka since DOA 5 and 6 were terrible games) but in hindsight I'm glad they were excluded.
If you enjoy taking pictures of incredibly sexy women then you'll definitely want to check this game out. I just wish Itagaki would return to Koei Tecmo and make another DOA fighting game.
