Soul Caliber III is the third installment in Namco's weapon-based fighting franchise. In this chapter, a mysterious individual has unlocked Nightmare, the azure knight, prompting a battle between Soul Edge and Soul Caliber. Soul Caliber III lets you play through the storylines of traditional Soul Caliber characters or create your own fighter with customizable sex, occupation, look, and choice of weapon. Play solo to unlock bonuses, such as new characters and combat areas, or battle other players in Versus mode.

Bang for your buck, in single player mode!
SoulCalibur II appears to be more balanced and polished than this sequel so I like it a bit more. That said, I've got to hand it to SoulCalibur III for giving the player further incentive to play it in single player mode as that is hardly seen nowadays.
Oh yeah, and sooo glad to be able to play with good, plain Ol' Siegfried again! =D

Best Soul Calibur ever!
I played the 5 Soul Calibur games for PS2 and PS3 and the Soul Calibur 3 is the best version of all!
