STORY

The Battle Deciding the Next Ruler of Kamurocho Begins

It is December of 1988. Within the vibrant district of Kamurocho, Tokyo, numerous organizations are mobilizing to seize control of a large-scale redevelopment project. However, a tiny lot with an unidentified owner is all it takes to throw these plans into disarray.

The "Empty Lot." The struggle over this meager plot of land soon escalates into a major conflict involving powerful yakuza organizations from both the east and west.
As one era draws to a close, the stage is set for two legends to carve out their legacies.
