Fun game!
If you enjoy Amiibos or just collecting neat figures, then this can be a great addition of fun to play! Using some characters from the Spyro games as well as many many new characters from the setting's world, you summon them into the game to save Skylands!
Granted, it's pretty expensive when all is said and done (though getting them used can really slash the price), so I just get the characters I like and ignore the rest, or borrow from a friend.
Thanks to the figures being just save data for the character, they can be loaded on any game in the series that follows their introduction as well as used on any console/language.
I REALLY hope that a 7th game comes out where they have gotten permission to add all Amiibo as further characters (Disney Infinity figures would also be appreciated, but not nearly as much as Amiibo).
