Excellent Campaign, Blah Multiplayer
the campaign in this game is quite good overall. i really like the future soldier hud elements and the floating camera that you control really adds a nice touch (locating enemies gives their locations to your hud). while the story never really seems to come into its own, the gameplay does just fine. it really is great stuff here. unfortunately, the mp throws everything out the window. when you jump into the mp, you will find that everything you have learned is worthless. the graphics change, the control changes, the game changes. the mp is an entirely different animal, and it is not really worth factoring in to the decision to purchase. the game is entirely worth the price though for the campaign alone (especially at this new price point).
