For die-hard dungeon-crawler fans only
I really enjoyed the recent Wizardry games for PS3 and the Etrian Odyssey series, so I thought this would be a neat pick-up for my new 3DS as my first 3DS RPG. Unfortunately, this game isn't the best way to start RPG gaming on the new system. The grind is absurd, the gameplay systems shallow, and the characters are horrid. The quality of the port from the PSP version is not great either.

If you're absolutely nuts about JRPGs and dungeon-crawlers, you might eke some satisfaction out of this game. Otherwise, you're better off avoiding it.
