交通运输

每一种商品都与特定的要求挂钩，所以如果你想要将石油装入油罐车那么就需要建造一个特殊的泵送装载站。如果你需要将碎石装入自卸卡车，那么你需要建造另外一个特殊的装载站。诸如石油或燃料等液态资源只能储存在储存罐中，而像木材，钢材或预制混凝土板等则能够放置在户外区域。使用起重机能够加快你的装卸速度。像服装，食物等商品则需要保存在仓库里。
工人与需求
每一名工人/居民都需要工作。如果他们为你工作，那么自然也会有自己的需求。在游戏最开始他们只会关心自己的食物，但随着时间推移他们会对诸如肉类，服装，酒类或者电子产品提出更多的需要。此外，为了让工人们感到快乐你需要设置一些娱乐场所 - 包括电影院，游乐场，酒馆等等。
每一名工人都有自己的教育水平。他们可以去学校或者大学来提高自己。如果教育水平太低他们就无法工作；一旦达到足够的教育水平那么你的居民就可以担任教师，或者研究员等职业，或者在一些拥有特殊需求的工厂里工作。
模拟经济
游戏将会模拟真实的经济系统。这里没有固定的价格！一切的成本都将由经济形势所决定。比如，钢铁的成本将由铁矿石，煤矿和所耗费的劳动力所决定，同时建造炼钢厂所花费的部分资金也将分摊其中。
你将通过货币（美元或卢布）进行商品买卖。但请小心，因为如果你购买或出售的价格过高，那么就会影响市场上的商品价格。当然你也能够以高价购买同时低价贱卖。
随着时间推移，游戏的复杂程度也在增加。一些资源或者商品会变得更加昂贵（比如，技术进步导致人工减少），因此为了应对这一复杂的情况，你需要尽可能地自给自足。
