Released on November 8, 2000, one year and four months after Kirinji's last album, "3" became the highest-selling third album for them. The album contains four singles, "Arcadia," "Good Day Goodbye," "Kimi no Mune ni Dakaretai," and "Aliens.
The previous analog version included the bonus track "Aliens (Instrumental)" from the remastered CD released in 2014, but this analog version also includes "Arcadia (Single Version)" and "Shurrasco" as bonus tracks. The jacket has also been changed to a cardboard cover.
