    The story began in Midgar, city of mako, where a corporate superpower known as Shinra used its monopoly of mako energy to dominate all aspects of life, securing political power in the process. Shinras mako reactors dotted in the city, harvesting the energy and converting it to a viable source of power.

    However, mako energy was not the wellspring of happiness Shinra claimed it to be, but rather the vitality of the planet itself, the source of all life. Some began to realize: If we let this continue, the planet will die. These individuals set up an anti-Shina organization called Avalanche, and began resistance efforts using guerilla tactics.

    Finally, Avalanche decided to blow up one of the mako reactors. Among the members chosen for the mission was Cloud Strife, a former member of Shinras elite guard, SOLDIER.

    Cloud showed no emotion and was bound by no principles; he was an ex-SOLDIER and a merc, and there was nothing more to be said. The reactor strike awoke in Cloud the need to confront the holes in his past and his very reasons for being. And that journey, perhaps took the heaviest toll...

    Two years have passed...

    Though Midgar, city of mako, city of prosperity, has been reduced to ruins, the people slowly but steadily walk the road to reconstruction.

    However, a mysterious illness called geostigma torments them.

    With no cure in sight, it brings death to the afflicted, one after another, robbing the people of their fledgling hope.

    And so Cloud, who walked away from the life of a hero to live in solitude, must step forward yet again.

    So worth it!
    I had overlooked this awesome item for years and I decided to finally buy it and it was totally worth it! This is the perfect thing for any hardcore Advent Children fan, which I am.

    I can't believe it!
    WOW! After many years of searching for this I have finally found it!! Thank you play-asia! I woke up a few days ago and just for fun was browsing for Final Fantasy Advent Children: Advent Pieces Limited on google.com, just to get an idea of the prices for those VERY limited few sets available out there. Seeing as the set has been out for almost 3 years now, and most people who own it now AREN'T going to part with it... unless it's a hefty price! I've seen some go for $800+ on eBay o.O I came across teh link to play-asia.com in google, and figured it was just an old link... WOW was I in for a surprise! I saw the "Availble usually ships in 24 hours" sign, and skeptical, I clicked it, and expected to be taken to some sort of "Sorry item is no longer available" page.
    My order went through!!! Immediately the item page changed to "Out of Stock". I must have got the long-lost set that was misplaced it the back storage or something!? Wow, I'm just in heaven right now... the set is AMAZING!

    Fantastic!!!
    I am so glad a got this! All the merchandise is great, and all the extras on the two DVD\'s are really great too! The Cloud and Fenrir bike fantasic, the bike is so amazing in detail ^^ By far worth the money!

    Thank you Play ASIA!! for this excellent piece of history, and I didn\'t have pay a ridiculous price for it either!!
    Everything about this box is outstanding, the only bad thing is that you won’t want to use any of it!! :P

    All in all, totally worth it!!
