Not worth the time
While I am a huge FPS fan. Homefront left me disappointed to say the least. The controls play exactly as COD, and they seem to have also taken the same idea for their single player campaign. It was a grand total of 3 hours to complete. I wasn't even trying that hard to finish it, was just trying to plug away at it and then it was finished before it ever began.
I also became irritated when my player would become stuck on some of the simplest items in the game. I would get stuck on tires, shelves and other items of cover that should not have occurred. While the heart of the game is decent the quick campaign and other buggy issues with the game in general made this one of my least favorite shooters.
The multiplayer is decent but nothing about it is outstanding. To sum up the game it is average at best.
