Metroid Prime - Zero Suit Samus Statue

Nice sleek figure on a very heavy base. I prefer Samus in her suits but she looks great in the Zero suit too! If you can get a hold of this item you should purchase it, it's nice quality from F4F and looks great on display. High quality painting too!

Being a huge Metroid/Samus fan, I really really wanted to like this, and having read all the positive reviews for First 4 Figures and this figure in particular, I was confident I was getting an awesome figure I could proudly display amongst all the other game figures in my collection.

As is usually the case with any figures/toys I get, I checked the face first, as I believe that is hugely important to how realistic and authentic a figure will look generally.

And unfortunately, the one I got had eyes that were painted really poorly, giving Samus a bad cross-eyed look. The kinda killed everything for me.

The rest of the figure is good, with a hefty, solid base, but the poor facial expression on mine just brought the whole thing down for me, and I'm thinking of selling mine instead.

It's a pity, because the overall quality is pretty good, but maybe I just had a bad luck of the draw, and most others have properly aligned eyes. :(

Once again, First4Figures made a great figure. This Samus Aran is quite amazing. Well painted and detailed.

One of my best buys ever... she is realy gorgeous have a good paint job and it has a good material.

The detail in this statue is amazing true to the source material can not complain about it at all. Some people will complain about the color fading( which i see very little of ) but it adds to it, for me. It shows that she has been though a lot of battles. The paint job of the suit and face is nice, the hair is a little iffy but not game breaking. It also has a nice solid feel and sturdy base which is awesome. Overall I am glad I purchased it well worth the money and great addition to any ones collection
