A Great Collection for the Switch
The Namcot Collection for the Nintendo Switch is (in my opinion) hands down one of the best compilation collections on the Switch at this moment in time. Not only does this game contain a total of 38 games from the nearly 20 years of Famicom history, but they're all presented in a crisp HD quality with additional filters optional for anyone who is looking for a retro aesthetic.
This is a must buy for any Namco fan that may have missed out on the original Namco Museum games from the PS1 era. I honestly wish Namco would a follow-up collection for their PC Engine ports of some of these titles along with others like Bravoman and Wonder Momo.
Top 5 Namcot Games to play on this collection if you are intersted:
1. Quinty, a 1989 platforming puzzle game by Game Freak and Namco.
2. Pac Man, the quintessential classic, no other reasons needed.
3. Mappy, one of Namco great hits from 1983, this is a substantial port for the Famicom.
4. Splatterhouse: Wanpaku Graffiti, this Famicom Exclusive spin-off of Splatterhouse should be a no-brainer for any Splatterhouse fan!
5. Namco Family Circuit, an odd choice to end on I understand but it is a substantial racing title that should be looked at little more.
